Last week we shot our new MINKPINK winter campaign. It was a fabulous day and we got some great shots. We used the lovely Zippora Seven again. She is just so beautiful.

Jodie and I went our scouting today for a location for our next Minkpink photoshoot. We found this great carpark with beautiful graffiti and just had to take piccies...

One of the girls from work was buying some jeans off Topshop.com and seeing as it is a flat postage rate I jumped online and found these shoes. I was a little hesitant as I have size 5 feet and find it really hard to find shoes that fit, but I thought I would give these a go. They arrived about 7 days later, which also happened to be my birthday. Such a great surprise. It was love as soon as I opened the box. They even came with a cloth shoe bag.
I love the way that it doesn't seem to matter what I wear, the shoes just make the outfit. I could wear a hessian sack and these shoes and i think it would still get comments.

Hi there. My name is Sara.

I am 25, live in Sydney and am a fashion designer at a fantastic little label called Minkpink. I have been there for about 2 years and absolutely love it. Getting paid to design clothes, go shopping and travel overseas is pretty much my ideal job.

This blog is at risk of becoming a little repetative in the clothing stakes as pretty much every item of clothing in my overstuffed wardrobe is from Minkpink. All other things are vintage or homemade. I used to spend all my spare time making clothes while at uni, but haven't had the time or the desire to now. Its amazing how when you are doing something you love for a job you don't seem to want to touch it in your spare time.
